We are looking for a team member that would work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative (and low-cost) ways to grow our user base, convert them to customers, and of course, drive awareness of our brand and why we are the only HR solution that is truly easy to use and easy to like. We want to explore all the known (and unknown and new...) ways to market our product, while still helping execute on the Marketing and SoMe plan already drafted.

As an intern at Huma you can work beside your studies – and get real work experience at the same time. We are looking for last year student that wants to expand their knowledge and create a career in SoME and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities 🗝

• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, define and develop marketing activities with a special focus on our SoMe channels, as well as our website (www.hu.ma)
• Support and/or own the development and execution of select social marketing campaigns in collaboration with the broader team
• Drive traffic to our website and landing pages, and following up to secure strong conversion rates and overall site performance and health
• Gather and provide user and performance feedback to the marketing and product team

Qualifications ✔

• Enjoy writing for web and social media in both English and Norwegian
• General understanding of HR market and B2B marketing is preferred by not a must
• Some experience in growth hacking and viral marketing is a major plus
• Interested and curious to learn how to use marketing automation systems
• Performance and result-oriented with a “figure it out” attitude
• We prefer if you are located in Oslo 🏙

Duration ⏲

• Internship to start in August/September 2021 and throughout December (with a possible extension until summer 2022)
